When I was given a referral to this clinic by my PCP and made my initial contact with them I was impressed by their professionalism. The staff who contacted me to schedule my appointment was very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. When I went to the clinic for my appointment the check-in was quick and efficient. Dr Hatter performed Mohs surgery on my face! He and his staff in both the Killeen and Waco offices have been very professional and attentive to all my questions! Dr Hatter has sat and explained everything each time and provided me with all options so I could make an informed decision! I was sure that after surgery I would look like Frankenstein...his work is nothing short of miraculous! I am only 5’weeks post op and I am so pleased with the appearance! Since this was my first visit and not knowing what to expect, Dr. Hatter and his team made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Hatter explained in detail and in a language I could understand the multiple conditions I may have and what the solution(s) may be. I would definitely recommend going to see Dr. Hatter!
It's always a joy to see Dr Hatter and his staff and on my last visit i was running about 45min late and he said it was no problem to see me and should it happen again he also said to come in and he will fit me in. I don't know of any other doctor who do that.
Poor patient communication. My 66 year old mother went to seek Dr. Hatter last week about a reoccurring scabbing spot on her nose and all he did was burn it off and stated it was pre-cancerous. It wasn't scraped and sent to pathology for confirmation for pre-cancerous cells or anything. She also mentioned a build up of skin on the back of her head and he didn't even look at it and diagnosed her and gave her a prescription of shampoo and oil. what kind of dermatologist doesn't even examine his patient.
