Alyisha is wonderful, very easy to talk to. She’s professional, knowledgeable and caring. She has helped me so much with addressing my anxiety. I would highly recommend LifeStance.
I was definitely not a fan of therapy due to my bad experience in the past. I took a chance this time explained my concerns and I must say I appreciate Alysha. I don’t have to worry about her trying to shove meds down my throat nor has she ever been condescending towards me. Alysha is very understanding and easy to talk to.
