My experience with LifeStance Health has been overwhelmingly positive. Although I’ve only been seeing Alyson for a few months, she’s already offered powerful insights that show how skilled and genuinely caring she is as a counselor. Scheduling is easy, and the option to join sessions remotely means I don’t have to choose between my work commitments and my personal growth.
Alyson is probably the best therapist I have ever had. She listens, offers feedback and is exceedingly kind. Her guidance is helping me through one of the most difficult times of my life!
