Dr Unger will take your dogs away from you so you do not know if she did to procedure I asked for a urinary test for my dog and she says he's okay. Also he said she said he needs a wellness but I did not request it. He charged me $170. And I didn't see her do one thing because when they took him out to get a sample I went to the bathroom and one of their employees was inside. Everyone there is very caring and helpful. They answered all our questions and treated our little girl so kind. Almost every visit to a Doctor is a unpleasant and stressful experience, both for humans and animals. Here they made that as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Top notch staff!
Our dogs were patients of another veterinary hospital that we visited for ~20yrs so moving to a new veterinary hospital has been challenging. We have visited AM/PM twice with one of three of our labradors and had good experiences each time. One area that has been challenging for us is during the exam. At our previous place we have been used to the exam happening in the room with us. At AM/PM, they take the animal to the back and perform the exam and provide vaccines/treatment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR PETS HERE! I will never refer this place to anyone. On Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 2:30 pm, we brought our one-year-old Cane Corso to AM/PM Veterinary Hospital for a routine vaccination appointment. What should have been a standard visit turned into an unsettling experience that no pet owner should ever have to endure. For a first time experience it was very pleasant and the workers are very helpful and kinda I have a now 13 year old Chihuahua. And I wanted to find a place that would be kind and easy with her and they did that the main doctor came in and sat on the floor with the nurse and was very gentle looking over her after they gave me a breakdown of things they recommended and things she needed with all the prices and ask you what you would like to do and what you don't with no pressure didn't feel like they wanted to just make money... read more
