I have had mdd for over 10 years. In that time I have many therapists and different meds at different times. I had the unfortunate experience to use Amanda for my care years ago. Firstly, she misunderstood something I said and had me put into a mental health facility. Thankfully, that is where I met my long-time doctor who was actually capable (and I do very much recommend). My experience with Amanda Twait was excellent! She was compassionate, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and very comfortable to be around. She addressed my issues with the utmost care and made me feel like a valuable human being. It’s been a long time since I have worked with someone as wonderful as Amanda for my Medication needs for my mental health. It is a pleasure to meet her and to be able to work with and trust her.
Amanda is very Professional, Trusting, Knowledgeable,Skilled, Understanding and Compassionate in providing mental health services to me. One goal minded which is quantity over quality. Cant be 5 mins late or she won’t take ya but she will skip days put wrong times. Then act like it is ok on her end. Have send insurance over multiple times and still hasn’t put it in. If you try calling her about a medication issue she won’t call back. Seems like a very one sided situation government care would be better than this.
