The booking each time is cumbersome and redundant. I feel like each appointment I have to register and log go on each time with multiple steps. I kind of don’t mind once but having to do it twice is a bit much. I wish this was somehow streamlined. The sessions with my counselor are great though no issues there. Thank you.
Amauni is amazing! she has a kind and direct approach that really makes you feel heard and supported. Her observations and advise feel very genuine. Overall, I love that Amauni can navigate complex situations and make them feel attainable and manageable.
