I am always met by a friendly professional at the reception desk. They are very efficient in handling the computer, phones and clients all in unison. The nursing staff is always kind and respectful making sure Pertinent information is collected for Ms Hackenberg. Amber Hackenberg does a very nice job going through any issues that I might have. She is sharp and does a rundown of everything we have discussed post visit so nothing is missed. She is very thorough, kind, and a pleasure to have as my Caregiver.

She is a very caring person in this damn age when medical health care is as assembly line. She genuinely cares about her patience. I have known her for a long time she’s never changed. Through children and life she’s always the person that cares for you

Amber is outstanding in every regard as professional and person. She is both razor sharp and humble. No better primary care provider in decades. 2025: Trust between patient and provider is more important now than ever. I am grateful to all medical professionals who have cared for my mom in gerontology, and me and my wife in internal medicine at St Al’s. But especially to PAs. They are not always given full credit. In Amber’s case, I wouldn’t trade her for anyone as my primary care provider.
