As old as I am, I'm terrified of the dentist. However, whenever I visit I am always treated well, my dentists and dental assistants always do everything to make my appointments as comfortable as possible. Everyone is professional and very kind. The receptionists are lovely, they help with all inquiries you may have, and carefully explain your next steps. Good visit, lovely employees with welcoming disposition. With respect to actual dental work, given this was my first attendance, I am unable to fully comment, however, my chats with the dental personnel were quite encouraging resulting in a good start to our relationship. Regards.
I went to this location as the reviews left were very good. However … I have gone here twice and over charged blindly. As soon as i walked in i smelled cigarette smoke. The front desk was friendly i would say. As soon as i walked into the private room (that was left open my whole appointment) the dentist DID NOT examine my mouth at all. Instead she was going back and forth with me about doing a root canal being very forceful. Until i told her that my family member is a dentist and it should just be removed. I had an issue with one of my teeth. I called the dental clinic late afternoon and was able to get in pretty well right away. The dentist that attended me was extremely pleasant as were all the staff. I would highly recommend this clinic.
I was very pleased with the work Dr. Patel did for me. He was very careful and did an excellent job on my teeth. I would also like to thank the hygienists, specifically Rose and Carolyn and a big thanks to the office staff. They are always very pleasant and helpful.
