The worst customer service we have ever experienced! Purchased a mattress and waited over two weeks to get it delivered. Come to find out after calling them 15 days later that the mattress was never even on its way to us and couldn’t even give us a date. The customer service representative was extremely rude and the regional manager had no knowledge of their products. We canceled our order. I would not recommend this place.
