manager Doug stone was great!!! He gave us all the information that we needed to make the best decision for us. didnt try to sell us into the most expensive mattress. stayed with us while we tried every mattress in the shop. set up delivery for next day. was and easy experience.
Glad I decided to come here after shopping at another store. Doug really knew his stuff and helped me select the right bed! With the mattress, 2 pillows, frame, mattress/pillow protectors, delivery and setup, AND removal of my 16 year old mattress; they came in under what the other place was quoting me for a similar mattress ONLY. I've already recommended others here who have bought mattresses!
Had a good experience at the Plainfield American Mattress. Supervisor Doug Stone was very helpful and professional. He didn't push anything on us and assisted us in making the correct decision based on our needs. They have good local products and free delivery (ours was next day during Labor Day weekend).
