My wife and I placed our order on March 16, 2025, and were initially told we might receive delivery as soon as the next day. After further checking, ******* (the manager at your Naperville store) updated the estimate to March 24. American Mattress bought US mattress and failed to compete orders. I have many email from ** mattress saying American mattress is supposed to resolve all issues. I did receive a very small refund but refused to assist in the replacement order. Its my good guess ** and American mattress companies own hundreds of not thousands of customers refunds and replacements perhaps a Class action suit is require
Unfortunately, my experience with American Mattress was not so good. I am not going to blame anyone but myself for not doing my "home work" about American mattress no refund policy or their inventory. As a result I ended with the entry level mattress for the price of a decent mattress. Be aware that the Company does offer exchange but no refunds!
I had a very negative experience with this American Mattress in January. I shopped their store and they made me a deal that they would include a mattress protector, two pillow protectors and two memory foam pillows in with my mattress purchase. They gave me the two pillow protectors when I made the purchase, but said they didn't have the mattress protector or pillows in stock and that they should be delivered with the mattress.
