John was amazing to work with. He was always available, it truly felt like 24-hour service. Even when we came by unexpectedly, he immediately made time for us without hesitation. And a veteran himself helping a fellow veteran! He explained everything clearly, helped us with all our questions, always transparent, and on top of that he’s just such a warm, genuinely great person.
