Let me just say I dont know if I would have a home without Keran Fears! She helped me every inch of the way and even repeated herself after me being very forgetful so many times. Lol She is very sweet and she really does love helping people get where they wants to be. She still helps me to this day!
Disorganized, poor communication, and not suited for rural lending — avoid if you value a smooth closing. My experience with American Pacific Mortgage (Tracy B. and Laura H.) was extremely frustrating. The appraisal was requested late, disclosures were inconsistent, and the final numbers didn’t reach the title company until just hours before closing.
