NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND DISRESPECTFUL! Shopped for a refinancing loan September through December, 2025. Loan Officer Michael Reddy assured me (at my insistence) it would be a soft pull (I believed him) on my credit report, October, 2025; asking, “Do you trust me?” He instructed me to fill out the form in email link he sent me. December, 2025, I committed with a different lender and gave Mr. Reddy a courtesy call to let him know I chose another lender to move forward and apply for my refinance loan.
