American Roofing and Siding did an incredible job replacing our roof and installing new gutters and leaders on our home. Their work was top-notch with great attention to detail. The entire crew was professional and respectful, and the owner, Mike, is very knowledgeable and straightforward. We have received so many compliments from neighbors. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof!
Very professional and showed up when they said they would be there. They cleaned up all of the debris and did an amazing job matching up the old paint to the new. Before and after pictures attached of chimney they removed. I actually just referred them to a friend.
Only knock was the work wasn't done right the first time. However, Mike absolutely stands by his work, and went out of his way to make it right. Even on stuff that I didn't think would be worth it to rework, he did anyway. We all make mistakes, but what matters most is coming back to fix them, not just for the check. Which it seems finding someone honest enough to do so is impossible. Case in point, the subsidiary of Ringling Bros. out of Cedar Grove I used that rather than fixing mistakes, demanded a check. American Roofing and Siding did a fantastic job replacing the roof over our sunroom. They were very responsive to our emails and calls, and answered all of our questions. They were very friendly and professional, and when we realized the job would be more extensive than we originally anticipated they handled it great, and did what had to be done. I loved that they took their time and didn’t rush. It was a pleasure working with Paul, Mike, and the rest of the team. We highly recommend them!
