Chris Clausen from American Roofing Now came to my home to assess my roof. I am selling my home and I had to repair a few chipped/cracked roof tiles before the buyers moved in. Chris was awesome and very honest with me about the pricing. Out of kindness, Chris repaired the very few tiles in less than 5 minutes and did not even charge me. Most unprofessional company ever worked for . Wouldn’t recommend it for a dog house . No set schedule no leadership skills . Owner doesn’t think to talk to employees. I did a house for them and no matter how much I said the roof needed to be tore off they insisted in me hiding everything and still coat the roof . No drive time can’t clock in until you hit the job site
We've used American Roofing for several years now (almost a decade). They never miss a beat. Scheduling and providing payment with Shannon, is always super seamless. They are on time, if not early. Wouldn't recommend any other vendor for roofing needs.
I ordered the roof replacement. Chris made clear estimate base and extra charge in reasonable price. Supervisors quickly respond to the call and they understand what I needed. I appreciate their works.
