Scott Lewis and Malu Russel came out and inspected the roof for overall condition, structural integrity, and performance. There are many good providers. Reviews are sometimes helpful. One indicator is people actually doing the work. I am not qualified to have an opinion on the quality on our large complex. I base my opinion on having contact with Ronnie and Ishmael and possibly a supervisor. They seem to be five star people and my guess is that it will be reflected in their work.
American Roofing did an excellent job re-foaming our roof. Malu was very knowledgeable and available every step of job. I highly recommend Malu and American Roofing for your roof repair needs.
