There are many good providers. Reviews are sometimes helpful. One indicator is people actually doing the work. I am not qualified to have an opinion on the quality on our large complex. I base my opinion on having contact with Ronnie and Ishmael and possibly a supervisor. They seem to be five star people and my guess is that it will be reflected in their work.
Excellent and timely service! Ive had my new roof from them for 3 years and the workmanship was at a very high level! Recently, I had a leak in my roof cause from the whirly bird on my roof top blew off in a storm. I discovered this in the middle of the night. Mike was out the next day and repaired it with no cost to me. That's a great way to create lifetime customers! High-quality and highly recommended!
I am a former contractor and a building inspector. I got several estimates for our roof and ultimately chose American Roofing. Brad was very professional and provided an accurate amount of product and quality materials. The job didn’t go off without a hitch however. The forklift driver did crack my concrete when they loaded the roof. Steve eventually honored their mishap and compensated me for the damage.
