Excellent and timely service! Ive had my new roof from them for 3 years and the workmanship was at a very high level! Recently, I had a leak in my roof cause from the whirly bird on my roof top blew off in a storm. I discovered this in the middle of the night. Mike was out the next day and repaired it with no cost to me. That's a great way to create lifetime customers! High-quality and highly recommended!
I own a clothing store in Phoenix and September 27 my store was hit with the severe storms that attacked Phoenix. I walked in and the entire roof had gaping holes and rain had completely poured in and destroyed a portion of my store. We had some repairs done a year ago and had our complimentary inspection done today. A small corner roof tile had fallen after one of the recent storms. Chris Clausen from American Roofing Now came to my home to assess my roof. I am selling my home and I had to repair a few chipped/cracked roof tiles before the buyers moved in. Chris was awesome and very honest with me about the pricing. Out of kindness, Chris repaired the very few tiles in less than 5 minutes and did not even charge me.
