Hot tub has been out since fall of last year and they can’t service it… Less than a full year of use and the hot springs limelight spa sprung a leak. Can’t service because their scheduling system sucks, they supposedly switched…they don’t respond to emails and if they give you a service time, it’s not a window but it’s a full day of unknowns…that’s even if they show up at all (which they didn’t). Too early to schedule an appointment but somehow they booked up instantly. They focus on sales and not post sales service
