Eric was a knowledgeable technician. Shane was great answering all our questions before purchasing. Another salesman at the store took the front panel off so we could see how hard (or easy) it was to service, and answered more questions. Then we had Joe come by who gave us lots of information about the chemicals to keep the water balanced. He was willing to share nuances and gave us tips to make it easier. Joe the spa specialist came over and did a tutorial of the spa my wife and I bought. The amount of information he taught me and one on one showed me was absolutely amazing. I’m extremely thankful that joe and American Sale’s actually does this after purchasing a spa from them. I also want to thank Jeff as well. Brad was fantastic. I inquired about a repair on 2/19. Brad came out the very next day and was able to replace my control panel while on site. From request to completion was just over 24 hours. Amazing. Thank you!!
