Wow, what a great training from Joe Ciro on our new hot tub install. He was such a great trainer and had so much knowledge. He went over everything detail by detail and made sure I knew everything I needed before he left and got my Hot Tub exactly where it needed to be with the chemicals . I would without a doubt recommend Joe and American sale to anyone!! This service they provide is well worth it !! I am so PLEASED with American Sale and Joe for his training. A++++ Thank you !!!!
Jose and his Did a phenomenal job. They made sure the tub went exactly where we wanted it. Explained everything that they were doing. Very careful around obstacles. Make sure I was happy before they left.

I’m so glad I bought my spa at American Sale. I bought from the Orland Park location and Don and Tom answered all my questions and were so helpful and no pressure. Extremely knowledgeable in aspects. The delivery communication was great. Delivery guys put the tub just where we wanted it. And then once the hot tub was set up they sent Joe by who was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable on hot tub care and pool care.
