Great service from the administration to the techs!! The techs are really great guys!! We appreciate them (Brad and Tim) AND also, great work on servicing the text messages (Amanda and Justin). Brad was fantastic. I inquired about a repair on 2/19. Brad came out the very next day and was able to replace my control panel while on site. From request to completion was just over 24 hours. Amazing. Thank you!!
I have made many big purchases from American Sale! I appreciate their customer service and knowledge of their products. Eric Lewis has come out a couple times to work on my hot tub. He’s such a kind, knowledgeable person! He’s efficient and takes the time to answer my questions and teach me things I don’t know about my hot tub. He’s always happy to help and I really appreciate that. Eric has excellent customer service and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed if he does service work for you!
Joe the spa specialist came over and did a tutorial of the spa my wife and I bought. The amount of information he taught me and one on one showed me was absolutely amazing. I’m extremely thankful that joe and American Sale’s actually does this after purchasing a spa from them. I also want to thank Jeff as well. My hot tub stopped heating and I contacted spa services. Amanda from the service department was helpful to get an appointment set up. Tim the service technician arrived on time and did a great job to trouble shoot the problem. They called back the same day with the price quote for the repair. The communication has been great.
