I have made many big purchases from American Sale! I appreciate their customer service and knowledge of their products. Eric Lewis has come out a couple times to work on my hot tub. He’s such a kind, knowledgeable person! He’s efficient and takes the time to answer my questions and teach me things I don’t know about my hot tub. He’s always happy to help and I really appreciate that. Eric has excellent customer service and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed if he does service work for you!
I have an old Hot Spring hot tub (2007) that just had the heater replaced (not by American Sale) due to a leak. Back in business for about a week, then no heat. Red light was flashing indicating something wrong. I called American Sale. They came out within a week and replaced the high limit sensor in about 20 minutes. Technician that serviced my hot tub yesterday wasn't 5 stars. He was actually 10 stars! He was very polite and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend American Sales for service of your hot tub and for all of your hot tub needs. We purchased our hot tub from American Sales and highly recommend our Sales person Shane if you are in the market to buy a hot tub. American Sales is a great company to do business with.
