Justin and Tony know their stuff. Tony is always patient and polite and takes time to answer my questions. Justin has only been here a couple times but so far he seems to be following the same path of politeness and patience. I appreciate service techs who don’t act like they’re rushed to leave onto the next job. This company cares and takes time with the customer to ensure when they leave I’m not left with any confusion.

Moved into new Construction in a split level home and was very cold downstairs. The technician came and explained the system and did a reset to improve the airflow level and it made the situation so much better! Politely and quickly and answered all questions. I was impressed with their service.

Americool did an awesome job fixing our fireplace. They were professional and polite. Their communication was amazing and they charged exactly what they quoted. They got us in the same day and after ordering the parts needed to fix the problem, it was fixed in less than a week. I would highly recommend! Thank you so much for all you did!

We are building a house. The technician (Hans) just came and helped with evening out our two story system. He went above and beyond to help us out. He explained everything and even followed up to ensure we understood everything and had all the knowledge we needed moving forward! They’ve been great!

We called Americool at the recommendation of our usual guy (full schedule during heat wave). They did a full removal and replacement of our system, answered all of our questions - everything went smoothly. Install was about 18 months ago and we just had a maintenance check. Everything's been great!
