Had a retro fit central heating pump installed into our 1952 home. We were provided multiple options and quotes for install. They did a great job and reasonable pricing! We are very happy with the install.

I know it wasn't easy diagnosing the problem on our system and it took 4 service calls. Still wasn't working after 8 days from original call. Called Campbell and Co and they had it fixed within a few hours. Campbell found that the new board Americool installed was wired wrong and that the $1200 Condenser fan wasn't actually broken. The Americool tech took the capacitor from our system too, so I had to buy that from Campbell and Co. Saved me $1000 getting a second opinion.

Professional, Friendly, and Knowledgeable. The staff understood our family's need for a new heat pump and came by that same day to help us with an estimate. We got a fair price and I would recommend them for fast, efficient service.

Justin was very professional and took time to tell me what he was doing. After first repair failed to address the problem, hedug deeper and found another problem that wss the fix. Very pleased with him. Also, he picked up his trash and took it with him. Greatly appreciated.

When Jacob from Americool arrived, we were expecting just an estimate for the work we wanted done. To our surprise, the estimate was very reasonable and Jacob said he could install our new smart thermostat right then if we wanted him to. We took advantage of his offer. We were impressed with Jacob’s knowledge and professional demeanor. Before he left, he made sure all of our questions were answered and he went over his review of our furnace.
