Just a heads up for my neighbors in Lake County: if you’re using AmeriGas, watch your invoices closely. I’ve been a customer for 20 years, dating back to when they were a friendly local company, but their business practices have completely tanked. I had a signed contract that clearly stated a $69.99 dispatch fee. They showed up to remove my EMPTY tanks—which were already disconnected and sitting in my driveway—did 20 minutes of work, and then billed me $429. I understand that you’re gonna get rid of the offshore contacts. They don’t seem to have touch with the local service, which is what I needed not a delivery. So I’m grateful for that happening. Sounds like you’re listening, but why did you change from your East Coast contact, which was fairly pleasant to Africa?

I cannot recommend this supplier. One of the Highest prices per gallon, poor customer service and a $400 tank return fee!
With so many propane dealers in Lake why waste your money here. These people are not great. Locked my tank the day before Christmas when we had family in town even though they were there just to fill it. Avoid at all costs.
