I understand that you’re gonna get rid of the offshore contacts. They don’t seem to have touch with the local service, which is what I needed not a delivery. So I’m grateful for that happening. With so many propane dealers in Lake why waste your money here. These people are not great. Locked my tank the day before Christmas when we had family in town even though they were there just to fill it. Avoid at all costs.
I specifically requested 40 gallons, as that amount qualified for the spring promotion of $20 off. However, the driver deliberately filled only 39.9 gallons—just below the threshold—to avoid applying the discount. When I called customer service, the two representatives I spoke with were courteous and helpful.
