I would give this company a lower score if I could. I called to see if I could have propane delivered to me. I set up an account with them. When asked about what I needed, I told them I had 12 30# tanks that needed to be filled. It was made very clear that they were individual tanks. I was then told by the representative that they would only come out if I had a need for 100 gallons or more. I went and purchased more 30# tanks so I would meet their requirement. You refilled our Food Bank propane tank when you had been told months prior Not To Do as we were going to go with another company when we got the fuel down in our tank so you could remove it safely. You filled our tank but we were able to confirm the request Not To was in your account records for us. When we repeatedly requested to speak with a manager in the U.S. to try to get help quickly we got nothing but the around for weeks until one day we show up at our Food Bank and our propane tank is gone. I have to say, I think they finally found a personthat cares about there customers. They have a new guy that takes his time and cares. Will speak with you let you know whats up. Very customer service ethic.i hope you keep this guy, he can take this fairplay amerigas somewhere, in a good environment. Way to go Terry, the new guy. Leadville,Colorado.

We are on auto-refill and waited for about a month for propane delivery and never received it. We turned the heat down and tried to make it last as we heard there was a drivers' shortage. When tank capacity reached 22%, I called another company, who delivered the next business day. After my initial review, AmeriGas contacted me and asked how they can improve. Despite repeated efforts, you all continue to want to charge me $140 (three separate times) for a "leak check". I love your made-up "rules" that anytime the tank is empty, you have to do a leak check. What happens when the tank is empty BECAUSE YOU DID NOT MEET THE REFILL SCHEDULE. Nice little racket you've got going on. Let the tanks run dry, then charge $140 for five minutes of work.
