These guys are ripoffs. They charged us for service we didn’t request. The service was done back in June of 2025 and then 7 months later send us a bill. Unbelievable!!! The absolute worst. F for fail!

They're the worst. They do bring the propane, but they send a bill every year for $300 worth of an "inspection" that I don't need and didn't ask for. A total scam.

After the 2023 debacle when Amerigas propane deliveries became non-existent in the dead of winter, leaving many homes dependent on propane for heating with empty tanks, the service has improved significantly. Deliveries the last two years have been reliable and dependable.

We switched to a different gas company because over the course of one winter we completely ran out of gas 5 times. The customer service was abysmal at best. They charged us erroneously for things depending upon who you were speaking to. Then at the end they charged us 2 different fees for the gas container pickup, I fought them on the extra charge and they said they were "reviewing it" every time I called and they basically ignored me and sent it to collections.

Absolutely the worst. It sucks that they are the primary propane provider around Truckee. Every time I call I get someone from a foreign country who doesn’t even know where California is. Big bummer. Do better amerigas!
