No location here. They run everything from remote call centers They only answer the phone if you're looking to be a new customer. Otherwise plan on waiting forever on hold. Better LOCAL business options who are actually helpful.
It took a little work , but you got it done. My driver/Del man would not repair the leak, he said I should go to Home Depot and fix the gas leak myself. I was not to happy, then a very nice employee of yours called me and said the driver should have repaired the leak, he would be out after lunch and repair the leak. He did just what he said he would do, thank you. As for your 1st driver/Del man, not so good.
After paying for our gas before delivery (prompt and on schedule) we received a bill for 92cents with no explanation. Simply a nuisance bill.
If I could give zero stars I would. If you call the local number you will be directed to someone in India. This company should be names Indiagas. I was sent to collections because they didn’t have my correct information. I refused to pay their late fees and cancelled services. This company should be ashamed for its terrible customer service. They are a lucrative business and I won’t recommend their services. Especially in the keys. Go with suburban propane or electric. These people that work for this company can barely speak... read more
