Asking “How did we do?” is not how I want to find out I received a delivery. I don’t like being told I can expect a delivery between 2/4-2/10 and then on the 10th seeing my expected delivery is updated to 2/11-2/17 and then getting an email on the morning of the 19th asking “How did we do?” The whole reason I signed up for auto-delivery is to avoid having my tank run below 10%. Terrible customer service. It toook a dozen phone calls, hours on the line to get the account created properly and eventually get the propane tank unlocked. No heating and hot water in the middle of winter in Vermont, the day we were moving in. We will change provider whenever possible.
The delivery man dug through 3 feet of snow until he found the underground tank- above and beyond! Thank you so much!
The tank was very low although the delivery was scheduled I had to call to be sure I would have a delivery. The first person I spoke to seemed to be out of the country and difficult to understand. The second call was with a local person and was very helpful. A delivery was made and the driver was very helpful. The estimate of the tank was somewhat off from the actual tank reading. However all was satisfactory and the tank is full. I do commend the driver for his efficiency and helpfulness.
Worst customer service in the history of customer service. Run, don’t walk, as far and as fast away from these folks as quickly as possible. In order to find out anything about my missed delivery in Vermont I had to spend three hours on the phone to speak to a woman in California, two in New Jersey, and chat with the people in god knows what state (or country).
