Worst company ever to deal with. I used to love them and had them for years. They shipped their customer service over seas and got rid of their service department. I requested several times to be put on auto delivery and was told it was all set then about. Month and half later ran out and had to pay 300 buck extra 3x in 12 months for delivery. 3rd time and I switch to a local company. No contract and better pricing. Nicer tanks too. I'd rate 0 stars if I could. Amerigas filled our propane tanks while we were on vacation. Because they couldn't access the house to verify the gas lines, they turned off the tanks and locked them. They didn't bother checking the pressure on the tanks outside of the house. They also didn't bother to contact us to tell us they were locking our tanks. ****Update**** Since writing this review, Amerigas sent a refund check. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but had to in order to post. Do NOT fall for their "promotion" gimmicks. They roped us in with their English speaking representatives, but then lacked on the follow through. I had to take two days off of work because they sent the wrong crew members out the first time. I needed a "free" inspection to become a customer but they sent out a delivery driver the first time. When the bill came, NONE of those promotional ... read more
Horrible dishonest company- I tried calling the Amerigas phone number because I received a large bill for terminating our account after the sale of our house. I've spent hours on the phone and no one will help me. This company is extremely dishonest in their business practices and I have always paid the gas bills on time. We don't even live at the property anymore and they are still trying to get money from us. I would give zero stars if I could. I would like to speak with management in the US asap. Thank you.
I can honestly say that this entire team cares about the customer. Courtney in the service department and the technicians who came rushing to help were just amazing people and i am WOWED by the dedication. THANK YOU!!! Customer for life.
