One is still too much. ZERO IS MY RATING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. it maybe difficult but find someone else. They are TERRIBLE... I have a commercial account, I have been charged twice for delivery that I never received because they are delivering it to the wrong address. Unfortunately they have absolutely no customer service and I can never get ahold of anyone to try and rectify the situation. They are always very nice and professional, letting us know when they are arriving and after it has been filled. The gentleman answered questions I had while he was there.
These people absolutely suck!!!. Promised delivery and make BS excuses. I know that over a two period they promised delivery after paying upfront. First excuse was the gate was closed. The gate has a keypad as you drive up on the left and there is a call button on it. I can answer the gate anytime and anywhere in the world. BS excuse. The last two times no truck/ Tanker has showed up. Today I almost watched the gate all day. Was given a delivery time and again no one showed up. Like I said these people suck! Do Not Use AmeriGas! One of the worst corporations I’ve worked with. Charged my credit card for propane delivery same day I called. Never showed up for delivery or called. Never showed up the 2nd time I called. After 2 failed delivery attempts, four calls each taking 15 minutes each to their foreign call center. They agreed to a refund in 2-3 business days…No refund made…Called again and they said they would only send a check in the mail and it would take 4 to 6 weeks. Been a customer for decades. Was on auto delivery and then got off of that service when we ended up short on gas just before storm season. It also appears that the auto delivery tank estimates are not yet able to incorporate usual weather patterns that affect usage. For the past two delivery cycles the delivery cycles, the deliveries were not accomplished within the window of dates (days) that the delivery is estimated to be able to be completed, and we had to make several calls to finally get the deliveries completed.
