That should be NEGATIVE one star! Our delivery driver keeps cancelling because they say the driveway isn't plowed when it is FRESHLY PLOWED. They charge $1 more per gallon than S&F in Richland. On top of that when we cancelled our service they want to charge us $500 to pick up their own tank! After 9 years with Amerigas they can stuff it.
avoid this company at all costs. they’re unreliable, as others have expressed here, just an inch of snow and they don’t even try to make it up. i’m not sure if it’s incompetence, but they’re the worst gas provider. i had to call them multiple times for them to come over to fill our tank. drivers saying they’re unable to drive up even when the roads are clear? do you want me to drive it it up for you, because more than happy to do it. unfortunately we’ve had it with amerigas. we’re taking our business elsewhere. and replying ... read more
Their prices are higher than others in the area , I've called several times to get a price competitive with others in the area and someone from who knows where give no relief. I will be changing companies... Sadly we have been with AmeriGas since 2001 , same ugly tank and impossible to get a US citizen on the line..SMH
AMERIAGAS SCAMMED ME AND MY TRIBE WHEN I HAD 50 GAL OF PROPANE DELIVERED. MY TANK WAS HALF FULL THE GAUGE SAID 20% BUT AMERIAGAMADE MY TRIBE PAY 535.00 FOR 50 GALLONS. THE COMPANY IS A SCAMMER DONT USE THEM.
Absolutely ridiculous to charge $3.55 a gallon for propane. Then when we switch to a different company, you charge $500 total to come pick up the rental tank😡 We paid less than $2 a gallon when we switched to a BETTER company. Customer service is absolutely awful. I should’ve know that when it took 2 months to even get started with you guys, that was a huge red flag. So many times I had to call to get a delivery!
