Just an awful company. Exorbitant prices, poor customer service. Their reps barely speak English, and are rude. They're almost impossible to deal with. I canceled service at my lake cabin in the Spring of 2025. Six months later, they send me a bill for a tank removal fee. What? After a few phone conversations, and their continual phone calls and invoices, I finally gave up and paid their collection company. Just not worth my time. Why I didn't switch to another provider years ago, I don't know.

Awful customer service and high prices. Fees upon fees upon fees. Did not want to come pick their tank up when we switched services and did not credit the fuel that was in the tank at pick up when we were told they would. Never were on time for fills but had no problem charging an arm and a leg.

Fees on top of fees! Because i am a will call customer I pay a higher price for propane. Since I am retired I keep my thermostat set lower to save money. Because I didn’t use enough propane I get charged $200 for tank rental. Do to other expenses I didn’t connect to natural gas when I had the chance. Guess I’ll be making that a priority as soon as possible!

Paid $300 for an urgent delivery within 24 hours. Its been 24 hours, still no gas delivered. My house is at 49 degrees this morning. We paid yesterday morning at 830am for this delivery. When calling and talking to customer service they just give you the run around. They cannot provide a time frame for delivery today either. Take our money then dont deliver. We will be switching companies after this.

Stay away. More expensive than others. Call center is in India. If you cancel they will charge you close to $600 to pick up their tank and end the service.
