If I could give zero stars I would! I have had nothing but issues with this company! Went three weeks without heat and had my pipes burst due to their incompetency. I could go on for days about the issues I’ve had with this company. I have been told managers are going to reach out and make it right. Nothing ever happens. I do not recommend
Paid $300 for an urgent delivery within 24 hours. Its been 24 hours, still no gas delivered. My house is at 49 degrees this morning. We paid yesterday morning at 830am for this delivery. When calling and talking to customer service they just give you the run around. They cannot provide a time frame for delivery today either. Take our money then dont deliver. We will be switching companies after this.
Terrible company, the way they do business is a complete swindle. They have "contracts" you never sign but automatically agree to if you accept any delivery or service. They upcharge everything. We were great customers and always paid our bills on time. When we finally made a switch to a new company and kindly asked them to pick up their disconnected tank they said it would be $400 for pick up, and it's their property!! What a scam!!!
It would’ve been nice if I wouldn’t have had to of been forced into the $140 leak test when my system always works every year when I get low on propane especially around the holidays when times are tough that $140 was my weekly Grocery visit. And it would’ve been nice to have received a phone call that AmeriGas was coming onto my property to stick some antenna thing on top of my propane tank. Worst propane company ever, avoid at all costs!!! They will let you run out of gas then try to charge you hundreds of dollars extra for an emergency fill. Their customer servive reps are all over seas and worthless. I can't wait until spring so we can hook up to natural gas. I'm surprised they are still in business, they are so shady!!!
