I never leave reviews but this company is the worst company to deal with. Sadly in walker it has some of the greatest employees but the company itself is crooked and never answers calls. Ever since 2021 I have had nothing but issue after issue that has finally lead me to start searching for a new company. I suggest you never go with amerigas they are untrustworthy & pull random stuff on your bills and your tanks. Ive seen many bad reviews since 2021. Price is horrible! Look at all the other locations in the area and you'll pay $1.30/ gal here. Called to ask why I was charged $2.97 when all the other companies around me are at $1.75. They told me I could get a discount coupon for my next fill. No refunds for over charging. Lowest they could go was $2.45 / gal. Couldn't give me that price cause I was set to auto pay and they can't give refunds. Total joke of a company. I'll tell everyone I ever run into about Ameragas so they hopefully don't get taken like I was!
Unfortunate miscommunication resulting in $400 bill. Other than that, great company Edit: upon company intervention crediting $120 of the $400 bill, I feel the they have attempted to make this right and I have changed my review
My service has gone steeply down hill since you took over my local gas provider. You have ignored existing my service agreement by charging me a yearly tank rental fee, and refuse to fill my tank more often to ensure my generator has sufficient reserves should it be needed. I miss my old provider's service. I will be looking for your replacement.
Thanks for keeping an eye on our tank. But if you have a prebuy service when prices are a bit cheaper, we would be interested. I have been reading some of the reviews, we do pay alot for propane. I may have to check other companies in the area. And tank rental is a bit much, we are are buying from you should be enough. Also my star rate dropped to 3 .
