I am so appalled by the service we have received by Amerigas. We have been with them since 2018. The fall of 2025 i called to cancel my account when prices got too high and we found better price with another company that was as half the price. We were finishing out the tank that we had already paid for and were told to call back when the tank was ready to be picked up. Terrible company. ****** BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THEM!!! Prices are sky high. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST. You are put on hold forever or get cut off and have to start all over. Staff is poorly educated and doesn't give accurate information. If you value your comfort and life and want to have piece of mind that you will be able to have a reliable decent company, then go somewhere else. They charge high fees for everything. Awful company!Amerigas communications are terrible. They delivered a tank of propane to our house even though I told them multiple times that we didnt have an account with them and not to trespass. Typical arrogant big company. Then they sent us a bill with a bunch of junk fees in it even though we dont have a contract with them. I would find any other supplier if possible. Life is too short to deal with this.

AmeriGas failed in too many ways to list, but after a condemned failed tank, effort to replace the tank failed and lack of service, I was forced to terminate my account with ********************** and hire a new company.AmeriGas failed to pick up the condemned tank for months, then billed me for tank pick up two months later after I had confirmed with a company representative the account was ***************************** failed in so many ways and now sent me a bill for $446.20 for "Other adjustments." Horrific service, infinite hold times where you just get transferred to different people, never to be helped. I have been unable to use my gas for a month due to difficulty getting contacting the company and scheduling an appointment for service.

We had AmeriGas at our second home in ** for the last 7 years.
