If you are looking for a propane provider, I would simply look anywhere other than Amerigas. We have used their service for the last 12+ years. However, we are in the process of changing. Their Customer service is nonexistent. To their credit, they seem to recently have at least moved their customer service back to the US, but previously it had been overseas and was less than worthless. When I called the other day. Amerigas raised our rate over a year ago! Finding out others rates were not raised and no success in getting a better rate we changed companies! We called Amerigas several times to come get their tank.. after a few months of calling I stopped calling. About 18 months later I get a text that someone is coming to get the tank. Then we received a bill for over $400 pick up fee.. presently disputing this due to their untimely manner of pick up and storing their tank.. customer BEWARE
