I had an absolute terrible experience. AmeriGas let me run out of gas. Took hours to get a hold of somebody to try and get an emergency fill because my commercial laundry was down without the gas. They were supposed to come every week, it had been a month. They said they would be out to fill it up and they never did come. I had to call a different company. Then AmeriGas charged me money like a disconnection fee. It was 100% their fault, amerigas should have paid me.

Terrible new process where you have to call national to get a topoff on propane. Took 23 minutes to order a refill. The process used to take 30 seconds. What a waste of my and employees time

This is the poorest company I have ever dealt with - worst customer service located in the Philippines - ask for all you information on the phone : name, Email, address, account number, phone number - all of which they already have in front of them. Our propane tank was picked up with 220 gallons of propane in it - we've been trying to get a credit for this for months, and all they do is delay and make excuses - essentially they owe us hundreds of dollars - be carful - they are crooks.***

My initial experience with AmeriGas was a bit rough, mostly due to me not asking the right questions. Now I am very satisfied customer. They allowed me to set up the schedule I wanted for refills and they are always on time. Paying my bill was where I had the most difficulty but once i was able to set up an online account it’s easy, just a few clicks on my phone and it’s done. Overall I am a very pleased customer.
