We've been a customer with AmeriGas for over two decades at least. They just sent us a renewal with an over 47% increase to our payments. Customer Service does nothing but try to bully you into accepting the increases the last two or three years at least. They are also trying to fraudulently change our contract into an auto renew that we never approved.
If you’re new to propane pick a different company. CHECK THE BRAND OF TANK! It took them a week and 2 visits to tell me I didn’t have a tank by them and they wouldn’t be able to fill it
It's about to be a month of not resolving anything regarding the delivery receipt request I've made. I expect an adjusted bill or a call from someone immediately. I was told this would all be resolved by 11/19. NO ONE has followed up with me. I have been calm and patient on every phone call with every one of your representatives. The man who brings this road of #1075 is a very upset and very angry lord, and he lasts a long time to get out of the way to do his job, I hope and propane Amerigas does something about it,
Under the terms of our contract, there were certain fees that should have not been charged on an invoice from September, 2022. I spoke to the your rep and he said he is working on removing them and to just pay the invoice, net of these fees that should have never appeared on the invoice. So, we submitted payment, the account was credited by the amount of the payment, BUT THE FEES ARE STILL ON THE ACCOUNT AND THE ACCOUNT IS NOW ***IN COLLECTIONS***.
