If I could give a negative star I would!!!! I ordered and paid for my gas on 1/16 and they were scheduled to deliver it between 2/22-2-24 but the delivery date magical disappeared. I called on the 24th and they said I had to reschedule. The reschedule date was 2/2-2/5. On 2/3 I received a notification that they would deliver it on 2/4. On 2/4 I called around 5p asking for an update. They told me to be patient since the drivers deliver up til 8pm and I was 3 stops away. They never came on 2/4. We had a new tank install. The install was flawless. The technician did an outstanding job. Now the fun part is filling the tank. Our water heater was going out and and we went tankless with propane. Install happened Thursday. Was told tank fill would be filled friday or Saturday but Monday at the latest. I took Thursday and Friday off work because I was told I had to be here. I doubt Michael Sharp will ever read this, but he has NOT "turnaround AmeriGas, including initiatives to return customer service centers to the US and improve billing/logistics. A two week widow to provide gas? Nickeling and Diming the customers. It is outrageous that AmeriGas said that they were delivering gas and did not. Said there 6 year old tank was worth $1290, yet charged me $1460. Said if I didn’t want the tank, I would cost $419 not to use it anymore and I’d have to give them a 30 days written reason why. Delivery was late during a cold snap. We came dangerously close to running out. Each day after promised delivery date it was pushed back until next day. During that time we would see Amerigas truck in our neighborhood but delivery was 1 week late. Spent hours on phone with overseas call center and they had no credible information on when to expect promised delivery. Extremely stressful. Looking to switch to another company in the spring due to lack of customer service and not prividing service when we needed it the most.

By far the worst customer service and delivery set up. To place an order for deliver takes about 30mins over the phone and they do not deliver on time. I can barely understand the agent on the phone. We will no longer be using them. I see why the reviews are low.
