This company is awful we have been trying to get our tank picked up for 3 years and all they keep doing is sending yearly bills. We have not used the tank in I don't know how many years. You can not talk to a person that is state side which is ridiculous. Have sent to much time on the phone and can understand a word they are saying.
The literal worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We canceled and went with Blossman. It took 4!!!! Months for Amerigas to finally come pick up their tank after cancellation (customer service is based overseas, not locally). All of this started because they couldn’t refill our tank within 8 weeks of notification, prompting us to search for a local company. Very difficult and long wait times to get anyone on the phone to talk, and when you do, they aren’t the right person, so back on hold you go. Spent hours waiting to change the safety inspection and to complete our account to add autopay. 2 different departments so more waiting. And when I scheduled our first delivery online, I had to call in and confirm. Why? Was also told we needed to be there for a safety inspection, again why?, we already had one. They promise great service but no follow through. Getting a live person on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE. My service rep started out great then disappeared.
Your driver ran his truck through my house. No one from AmeriGas has ever reached out to me! The worst experience of my life!!! Horribly run company and customer service!!!!
