Prices in my area compared to local competition is similar to extortion. Trying to stop auto delivery is impossible, no reply no answer. Customer service non existent. You will regret using them . Current pricing by competition is $1.69 gal ,Amerigas delivered price 8/6/26 $3.49 gal

Ordered gas on 7 Dec, told it would be delivered between 7 and 17 Dec. Did live chat on 16 Dec, told I had a scheduled delivery on 17 Dec. Well its 3:45 17 Dec and no gas delivered. Tried to call, says number not connected, tried live chat, says not working. Says that you can check delivery status on Web Site, it does not work. I have used this company for 20 years, They never have a problem taking your payments, but now they can't be reached at all. Worst propane company!!!!! Paid for propane on 1/28/21 and was told it would be delivered 7-10 days. It is now day 13 and I have been told they canceled my order and didn’t bother to tell me. I didn’t receive a call a email or nothing! Called them and after running around through the automated machines for an hour, was finally told They want charge me a $96 safety fee and a $300 expedition fee because my tank is now below a certain level. They stay charging you for unnecessary things. Like the tank rental fee that's due 1 time a year I've been charged 3 times since November. Which isn't even my responsibility it's the landlords.they messed up the only 2 deliveries I got from them.ive been out of gas since feb.and been charged a 130.00 service fee,3 tank rental fees, amongst other charges.i was never sent any bills for any charges they just take your money out of you account which has over draft my bank each time they don't give your money back they just credi... read more

Can't connect to a person on the phone. Have tried 15 times & never spoken with a person (told the wait would be 80+ minutes!) I was charged a fee for them to pickup their tank, which has increased because I'm not paying it. I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau & Attorney General for poor business practices. Also, when we switched companies, Amerigas' price was $1.00 per gallon higher. Heritage was a great company, never had a bad interaction with the employees.
