Looking for title agency for my 1st investment property. Whoever answered the phone did not seem like he cared if they got my business or not. Told me the seller usually does all the title work and to call back when I had a contract. Called Gahanna Title Agency and they ask me " Do you already have a contract or would you like us to have a contract drawn up for you." It is a cash purchase that I wanted started today. I guess Amerititle has no need for new clients.

I've sold five houses in my life. Always stressful to a degree. My disappointment with them was lack of communication, not knowing who my contract was, not getting reurn calls as promised and foot dragging when they had ample time to do their work. The stresses we encountered in the final 24 hours and even final minutes were unnecessary and a direct result of them acting as if they were rookies.

We closed through Amerititle. They were super fast and friendly. They offered us water and snacks during closing - really great atmosphere with friendly and helpful people working there.
