We moved my wife’s parents to Amica on Thursday. The move in was smooth and easy the move-in team was ready for us and had it all under control. All of the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and eager to help in any way they could. The facility itself is amazing, everything you would ever want in a retirement community. Good job!
Amica White Rock has been a huge disappointment. They spend millions of dollars convincing people they are great and after four year in two Amica residences I can tell you their methods verge on fraud. They promoted Independent living knowing all their units were registered "assisted living" which gave them the ability to avoid rent freezes during Covid 19.
