Terrible experience with this firm who represented my family in the sale of an apartment in an assisted living complex at Gatchell Oaks outside Taunton. Failed at every turn in what should have been the most simple and straightforward of cases, with a cash buyer and virtually zero conveyancing issues. Has taken many months longer and cost us significantly more than it should. Absolutely inept and morbidly slow. Beyond unacceptable.
TERRIBLE experience selling a deceased family member’s property at Gatchell Oaks near Taunton, where this shower represented us. What should have taken weeks has dragged on forever, poor case management, poor communication, poor execution of the most simple transaction. Just abject rubbish.
