It was my first time needing a tow truck, and I was pretty nervous. The driver was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He handled the situation smoothly and made the whole experience much less stressful. I really appreciated his help and excellent customer service. If I ever have car trouble again, I would definitely contact this company. Highly recommended

On August 12th at around 2:00 PM EST, I contacted CarShield because my car wouldn’t start. They submitted a service request to AMPM, and I was told the driver would arrive within an hour — around 3:00 PM. After waiting an hour and a half with no update, I called AMPM. Instead of speaking with a person, I reached an automated system that said the driver was still 8–10 minutes away. Excellent service from start to finish. The tow from Virginia to Maryland was smooth, and communication was outstanding. They kept me informed about arrival timing and provided confirmation once the vehicle was dropped off. Very reliable and professional.

Keith was totally AWESOME!!!! Took care of everything, handled my car with the utmost care, dropped me off to the dealership with my car and made me feel safe. Called to let me know where he was so I'd stay informed while waiting for him.
