It's easy to log into and access to video is step by step. Video quality is excellent so I can see and hear my counselor. Amy does a great job not only active listening but direction the topic when I get to rambling. She has many resources she uses to keep engagement at a premium. She is awesome!
She is the most attentive and understanding counselor I have had in my 7 yrs of therapy. She understands veterans and the mental trauma endured as well as external influences which contribute to their mental health. She is awesome. Would give more stars if possible!!
Amy is an excellent therapist, she has helped with various things including drama therapy, day to day incidents and to accept a life changing event.
