I had to change psych providers because of an insurance change and was very nervous, but I've been thrilled with the service I've received at LifeStance. Their providers are genuinely compassionate and caring. I appreciate that they offer telehealth and that their telehealth appointments are easy to navigate. I have had an AMAZING experience with LifeStance and specifically Amy Short. I was at one of the darkest points in my life and extremely tired of being ignored by general family doctors. I will be forever grateful to the person who recommended LifeStance to me and I am so glad I have Amy Short as my current practioner. Thank you Amy and LifeStance for all you do! I can’t recommend it enough!

My experience with Lifestance has been great. Without them I wouldn't have my medications. Amy Short has been a lifesaver. Even when I've come into the office everyone has been very helpful and kind.

she doesn't actually care about her patients shes the fakest dr ive ever met ive never been talked to like that. basically gaslighted me trying to tell me that the medication does work when i told her it doesnt. she doesnt listen and will tell you to keep taking a medication that doesnt work for you.
