Amy is truly exceptional. She didn’t just listen—she genuinely heard me. 👂Her empathy came through not only in her words, but in her presence, eye contact, and calm understanding. On one of the hardest days of my life, her guidance was exactly what I needed. I had a nice in person visit with Amy day after we had technical difficulties during our telehealth attempted visit. I prefer the in person anyway. Doing well enough that I will be seen now every six months which I’m in agreement with. Hope you enjoy the book Amy! I’m up for any questions at my next visit!

I’ve been going to LifeStance for over a year now and I have to say they have helped me so much! What a turnaround I have made. ❤️ I am seeing a new provider (as of yesterday) and as we all know changes in our normal health and mental healthcare care can be scary but I enjoyed meeting Dr. Springston. Dr Springston is an excellent doctor! Listened to my concerns and will work with me. She worked me into her schedule when I was having difficulty. Great doctor!!!!
