It takes a long process to find a psychotherapist that is right for YOU. Ana is the only therapist I have had where I look forward to meeting every week. Not only is she amazing at remembering details you’ve discussed, she is human. She relates to you, empathizes, is respectable, caring, and very wise. It should be a law that everyone mandatory sees a therapist like her. She has helped me with understanding and coping with my anxiety as well as providing advice in a non pressuring way. I couldn’t recommend her any more.
