I have closed many loans with Anchor Loans and one thing I can appreciate is that, it is a very flexible lender. They will still do their due diligence, but they’re flexible on what’s more important and not less important where many lenders and banks are focused on little nonsense that doesn’t really equal to the deal stack or capability of the borrower or actual risk level therefore I think they’re missing out a lot of deals. Anchor Loans has been vital to our business. We build homes and having the cash flow for the new construction process is vital. Anchor has a seamless draw process and they are very responsive.
I have worked with Anchor loans for many years With over 150 loans ! They have always been good, but I have been in a position to watch them grow and get better and better over the years and would describe them as excellent. We have been on time with every closing, and several have had very tight turn arounds.
