I have closed many loans with Anchor Loans and one thing I can appreciate is that, it is a very flexible lender. They will still do their due diligence, but they’re flexible on what’s more important and not less important where many lenders and banks are focused on little nonsense that doesn’t really equal to the deal stack or capability of the borrower or actual risk level therefore I think they’re missing out a lot of deals.
