We had an amazing experience with this pool build company from start to finish. From the very beginning, the entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. Our project was unfortunately pushed back by about two weeks due to a Category 3 hurricane, which caused delays in obtaining permits from Manatee County. Anchor pool built our pool in 2007 and just this year, 2026, we hired them to refinish the surface since it had aged over the years. We could not have asked for a better company to do the job. Our communications with them was outstanding. They told us what they were going to do and the timeline which they set to do it in. I did not pay for a service from the company, however, the owner, Adam, provided my son and I free pavers, to help us start our first family pollinator garden. This was an act of kindness that was done without him putting it on social media either. It was strictly to be nice. We are very appreciative of his generosity!
Working with John, Adam and the entire Anchor team was a great experience. They took the time to listen to our needs from the beginning—even offering things we hadn’t thought about—and delivered a phenomenal product. The best compliment I can give is that if I or any of my friends or family need a pool or spa, Anchor is the first call! We could not be more thrilled with our pool, spa and screen enclosure. One final comment: their after-sale service and support is excellent!
We could not be happier with our pool! They broke ground on 9/11/23 and we were filling the pool with water on 12/23/23. Less than 3.5 months start to finish. They had crews at our house every single week making progress. Adam was our PM and he always answered my countless emails very quickly! We will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to put in a pool, our process was a breeze!
