David & Mike showed up on time, were efficient in their work and completed their work in very reasonable time. Highly recommend their work. I have had Mike before and he has always been outstanding.

Had them come out October 24th. Not impressed. I paid $412 for them to clean out my pellet stove and check it. It has been shutting down before than. Had Eric come out and some other technician. He cleaned it out supposedly and said he didn't see anything wrong with my unit. Today I had another company come out because I continued to have this issue until my pilot light completely gave out a week back and unit wouldn't start at all. We had a great team here today for our woodstove and propane heater maintenance. Dave and Mike were timely, polite and knowledgeable. Anderson’s has always done well by us for years we have never had any issues. Thanks for being a great company to deal with

We thought we had a problem with our furnace but the problem was actually with the venting (or lack of same) in our chimney. We called Anderson's at 2pm on Wednesday and they were at my home by 10am the next day. They completed the inspection and discovered that the original installation of our venting was totally wrong. They were able to provide an interim repair to get us through until they can return to install our new chimney liner in the near future. Great place to purchase a gas fireplace insert. Matt was very helpful and Eric and his crew of installers where very efficient in doing a complete install. Very happy and would recommend Anderson/Keystone to anyone.
