We thought we had a problem with our furnace but the problem was actually with the venting (or lack of same) in our chimney. We called Anderson's at 2pm on Wednesday and they were at my home by 10am the next day. They completed the inspection and discovered that the original installation of our venting was totally wrong. They were able to provide an interim repair to get us through until they can return to install our new chimney liner in the near future. Great place to purchase a gas fireplace insert. Matt was very helpful and Eric and his crew of installers where very efficient in doing a complete install. Very happy and would recommend Anderson/Keystone to anyone.
David & Mike showed up on time, were efficient in their work and completed their work in very reasonable time. Highly recommend their work. I have had Mike before and he has always been outstanding.
Anthony Anderson & Jace Blair were very knowledgable & explained to in detail what they were going to do before they started. They were careful to cover my furniture. After completing their work, Anthony showed me fractures w/in my fireplace chimney on his camera & explained possible dangers if the fireplace were to be used. VERY HELPFUL! They put my mind to ease as I wasn’t sure after 20 years of me living here, “could” using it be risky. Also looked @ my furnace chimney & reassured me that it was fine.
This is our third time using Anderson to clean our dryer vent. They are so professional and timely. From booking the appointment, to being able to "follow" our technicians on the drive to our house, to the actual service - all was so easy and gave me such peace of mind! Special shout out to Anthony and Jace, who were both so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!
