We are so happy with our purchase and it really enhances our living room. The technicians were excellent guys. Installation went very smooth. Everything couldn't have gone any better. We highly recommend checking with Anderson's for your purchase of a insert.
On Thursday 8/14/2025 I had my gas fire heater cleaned and serviced by Anderson. I have been a customer there for some time now. They alway have been a 5 star review. Most importantly, please recognize Chase and Noah our technicians. They both were respectful, kind and knowledgeable They deserve a five star rating!!!!! Please acknowledge both these technician in your reviews. This was a job over and above perfection. !! Well done!
Had Anderson's inspect and clean our wood stove. Appreciated their service and time. Both guys were very friendly, honest, and went over the details of the inspection and cleaning, answering any questions I had.
Setup for a chimney service and inspection, the service and inspection went ok. They tell me I need a new liner and send me a quote while we are talking. Says it’s ok to run for the winter and to keep lookout for and issues of clogging. Also to install a carbon monoxide detector. Doesn’t not go over the other issues noticed in the report. The crown needs to be repaired. The inspection report says not to run the oil furnace until liner is replaced. That was not said to me while we were going over the inspection. Had our fireplace inspected and cleaned. Anderson were prompt and communicated well with us. David and Noah who did the work, were knowledgeable, and thorough as they worked on our gas fireplace. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this business.
