This was my second visit to see Dr. Axtell. Every person I interacted with prior to seeing the doctor was very nice and professional. Dr. Axtell is a physician who immediately makes you feel at ease and welcome. I appreciated the time she spent going over my health record with me and answering questions that I had, as well as asking questions of me. She definitely makes you feel that she cares about you.

My new patient visit went very well. Dr Axtell made me feel very comfortable. She gave me her full attention as I explained my medical history asking thoughtful questions as I spoke. I never felt rushed. She recommended a health plan we both agreed with and a timeline until my next appt. Overall, I was very pleased with my new primary doctor.

I truly enjoy Dr. Axtell. She is so personable and listens to her patients. I feel as if she honestly wants what is best for me and my health, not just checking a box as she breezes in and out.

Dr Axtell took time to ask first what I wanted from the visit. She took her time with the exam and typed in the prescription orders as I was sitting there. I asked her if something appeared on my chart - it did not - she input and fixed it right away. I appreciate she did not seem rushed or hurried.

Dr. Andrea Axtell provided me with the best experience with a doctor I have ever had. She was easy to talk with, empathetic, honest and supportive about exploring different information and concerns. She didn’t force anything on me and was thorough in her evaluations and discussions with me. I am so grateful for the experience and hope that she can be my PCP for many years to come!
