My therapist is fantastic! Administrative work is abysmal. It is virtually impossible to get a local human on the phone, no one monitors the online messages, 48 Business hours to cancel. If you get sick or have an emergency on Friday after hours, and your appointment is Monday OR Tuesday, there is no way to do that. If you are running late for your appointment, there is no way to let your therapist know because we cant have direct phone or email access. That is very annoying, Even if the therapists prefer it. Andrea is very personable and intuitive. I felt she was able to read me well and redirect thoughts and feelings appropriately. I will continue to seek her counseling as I feel we definitely Work well together. Excellent experience!
i’m so lucky to have found andrea! she is an amazing person and an even better therapist. she professionally shows care for me and my feelings. she never makes me feel bad about myself, awkward, or anything negative. she listens, validates, and follows up with interventions to try. she clearly communicates plans for our session, goals, and progress (or lack of). truly a great person! 10/10 would recommend. she’s also very funny and relatable so i’d recommend her if you are nervous about going to therapy.
