One star because zero stars aren't an option. I visited this Inverness office for a severely painful mouth ulcer with pain radiating into my jaw and ear, leaving me unable to eat or sleep. I chose a dentist because I was concerned about a possible dental infection or abscess. One X-ray was taken, but to my knowledge, Dr. Lee never reviewed it. Very Disappointed With My Experience I went to Aspen Dental because I had a loose, painful molar that was bothering me and was the reason for my visit. I expected to have that tooth evaluated and discuss having it pulled. Instead, Dr. Andrew Lee recommended removing multiple front teeth and told me I would need partials for my upper and lower teeth, saying the teeth were supposedly going to fall out. I first went to your facility in Homosass, Florida and had the worst experience with the Dentist. I sat in the chair for over 4 hours and had to be injected 3 different times because he would leave and not come back until the injections wore off. I never went back. Dr. Lee and the entire staff are wonderful.
