Dr. Andrew Lovy performed elbow surgery on my 16-year-old daughter to tighten the ligaments, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was welcomed into the room by Ashley who was a great listener and full of knowledge. Then the PA reviewed my wrist and shared the information with confidence and a smile. I felt very confident with his decision in my care. Dr. Lovy was very timely, friendly, and comfortable. He assured me that I was in capable hands. I had surgery with Dr. Lovy this past Friday, and I can only say positive things about my experience. From the very beginning of the process, Dr. Lovy and his staff were consistently communicative, efficient, and professional. Every step was clearly explained, all of my questions were answered promptly, and I always felt informed and supported. Dr. Lovy and the staff made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly felt I was in excellent hands and would highly recommend Dr. Lovy and his team.
Dr. Lovy it’s a very empathetic physician. Dr. Lovy explained in detail my options, recommendations and his reasons for his recommendations. It takes exceptional confidence, competence, and experience for a surgeon to state that although a surgical solution to my problem was possible, he believed that a non-surgical conservative approach was most appropriate for me at this time and would result in a better outcome. Nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Lovy and the assisting staff. The office runs smoothly and professionally and my surgery experience was also positive. Personally he is very kind with a bright personality that helps when you are facing surgery. His PA Michael Thielen is also excellent. Highly recommend this doctor and group.
