I had surgery with Dr. Lovy this past Friday, and I can only say positive things about my experience. From the very beginning of the process, Dr. Lovy and his staff were consistently communicative, efficient, and professional. Every step was clearly explained, all of my questions were answered promptly, and I always felt informed and supported. Dr. Lovy and the staff made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly felt I was in excellent hands and would highly recommend Dr. Lovy and his team.
I was welcomed into the room by Ashley who was a great listener and full of knowledge. Then the PA reviewed my wrist and shared the information with confidence and a smile. I felt very confident with his decision in my care. Dr. Lovy was very timely, friendly, and comfortable. He assured me that I was in capable hands. Dr. Lovy is a caring, smart, creative surgeon looking for the best outcome using minimally invasive procedures when applicable. He took the time to explain the options inc upside/downside of each. With four fractured metacarpals on one hand from a ski accident, this is considered a more complicated procedure. I have full confidence in Dr Lovy’s experience and ability for a complete recovery.
Dr. Lovy and his office staff are very professional. I went to him for carpal tunnel issues. Starting with the front desk, I was treated by friendly staff who even accommodated me when I arrived at the wrong time for my appointment. The procedure and the outcome were carefully explained. I felt confident that I would be receiving the best care. Now after my surgery, I am on the road to pain-free living. I highly recommend Dr. Lovy and his staff.
From my first appointment, I was very satisfied with the care and the time Dr. Lovy and his nurse assistant dedicated to me. They listened attentively to how I felt, touched the area of pain, and their explanations of procedures and care were very clear. However, the woman who attended me at the window kept saying "NEXT!" instead of "Good morning," without saying "Welcome," without making eye contact.
