Dr. Lovy and his office staff are very professional. I went to him for carpal tunnel issues. Starting with the front desk, I was treated by friendly staff who even accommodated me when I arrived at the wrong time for my appointment. The procedure and the outcome were carefully explained. I felt confident that I would be receiving the best care. Now after my surgery, I am on the road to pain-free living. I highly recommend Dr. Lovy and his staff.
Dr Lovy is very knowledgeable. Answers all of our questions and makes us feel comfortable. The entire staff is great. This is my sons second surgery with Dr Lovy for two separate injuries. The first one went so well we wouldn't even consider going to anyone else.
I got up at 5:45am this morning to get to the surgical center at West Boca Medical Center for a carpel tunnel surgery with Dr. Andrew Lovey. This surgery was scheduled about a month ago, and I had a pre-op visit with Dr. Lovey eight days ago. I had explained to Dr. Lovey during this visit that I will not do General Anesthesia under any circumstances, nor a LOA (it’s a device that goes in your mouth with a tube). I have my reasons. Dr. Lovey is great! He explains carpal tunnel surgery to you and makes you feel comfortable about it! I need to have both hands done, and i like his approach of doing them separate, two weeks apart!
I was very pleased with the service I received from the time I walked in to time l left. The Doctors, and all of the staff were very helpful and made me feel very relaxed. Everything was explained to me in detail about my upcomming procedure. The professionalism in the office is outstanding.
