I hate online portals. This one is no exception. I tried to review my appointments, etc and the platform asks you to verify your identity and gives choices, text, email, etc. I choose text. When I asked for it to send the security code for me to type in for verification, it did not send the code. I tried this several times and even while I was in my therapist office to show him that these portals are frustrating and not convenient. I could say much more but won't.
